Blue Velvet Ombre Cake

Description

The Perfect cake for a birthday or baby shower reveal. The cake itself is ombre dark to light blue and the frosting follows in the same ombre theme. The cake is topped with rosettes and white chocolate triangles.

If you would like the cake to be vegan, the difference would be that the white chocolate blue triangles would change to dark chocolate with blue decorative balls.

Small cakes are 20cm diameter and 15cm high – R550 – Feeds up to 16x people

Large cakes are 26cm diameter and 12cm high – R750 – feeds up to 25x people
