The Cruffin man was reminiscing of his childhood this passed week and thought of the days when he would sit around the fire with his family, toast marshmallows and dip them in chocolate with a cup of hot chocolate on the side.. 🍫 He decided to make that into a cruffin. Croissant pastry 🥐 layered with chocolate and filled with his own homemade marshmallow. This is one you absolutely cannot miss!! 😍

The Cruffin man went nutty making these 🥜 Layers of nutty almond praline paste between layers of buttery croissant pastry 🥐 To top it all off, he had a sugar rush with and decided to caramelize sugar, crack it and use the shards to decorate the top. Then just because he can, a drizzle of chocolate was in order 🍫✨

Layers of croissant pastry layered with, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans and chocolate chips and to finish it all off, the Cruffin Man topped it with chocolate mousse and crushed nuts ✨
