
Muffins
Our muffins are prepared daily and with a Dolce dose of love. They come in 3 standard sizes but as with most of our products, can be baked to your specifications. Our muffins are baked with our secret, all-natural ingredient that keeps them fresher for longer. We only use all-natural ingredients and no preservatives.
Our range caters for a wide range of tastes, from nuts to fruits to seeds, we cater for all. Pre-ordered muffins for vegetarians and vegans are also on offer. Gluten free will soon be an addition to the range of muffins we bake.

Cakes
We offer a delectable selection of cakes that are designed to tantalise the taste buds. Our current range is selective however we understand that each occasion is distinctive and with this in mind, we tailor make your cake according to your specifications.
Our range includes:
- Baked Cheesecake- Encrusted with a coconut biscuit crust and then baked with lemon zest to add freshness. It is then topped with whipped cream and Lindt chocolate. We have a variety of toppings that can be selected by you, the client, to replace the whipped cream topping. They include, caramel treat, Barone spread, Nutella cream cheese spread, mixed berry compote and peanut butter.
- Lindt Chocolate Cake- A moist dense chocolate cake layered with chocolate butter cream and topped with a Lindt chocolate ganache. To complete, it is decorated with swirls of chocolate Buttercream and white chocolate. Replacement fillings such as chocolate mousse or caramel are available.
- Red Velvet Cake-A decadent red velvet sponge layered and coated with cream cheese icing.
- Carrot Cake-One of our most popular cakes. It is moist and filled with pecan nuts, raisins and carrots. It’s layered with a lemon infused cream cheese icing and finally topped with swirls of whipped cream and pecan nuts.
- Brownie Cheesecake- A baked cheesecake with our famous Lindt Brownie for the base, baked with our lemon infused cheesecake, encrusted with a buttery short bread biscuit crust and finally topped with our Nutella cream cheese spread.
